You must first download and install HijackThis

Double-click My Computer. Click on the Tools menu and click Folder Options. Click the View tab. Clear "Hide file extensions for known file types". Under the "Hidden Files", select "Show hidden files and folders." Clear "Hide protected operating system files." Click Apply and OK.
Then click on Start -> Settings -> Control Panel. Now, open Add / Remove Programs and remove License_Manager when it is displayed.
Run HijackThis. None of these answers is, you click a system scan. Check the box to the left of them:
